علی اصغر ملکی از ثبات بازار گوشت طی دو هفته اخیر خبر داد و گفت: در حال حاضر هر کیلو شقه گوسفندی بدون دنبه با نرخ 39 تا 40 هزارتومان به مغازه دار و 42 تا 43 هزار تومان به مشتری عرضه می شود.
وی افزود: طی هفته های اخیر عرضه انبوه گوشت وارداتی استرالیایی در فروشگاه های زنجیره ای ضمن کنترل قیمت، خلأ بازار را پوشش داد.
به گفته ملکی طبق جلسه ستاد تنظیم بازار واردات گوشت تاجایی ادامه دارد که قیمت های داخلی به تعادل و کاهش نسبی برسد.
وی در خاتمه بازار گوشت را آرام توصیف کرد و گفت: با گسترش واردات گوشت، پیش بینی می شود که نرخ گوشت داخلی و وارداتی در بازار کاهش یابد.
